Duration: 06 Months

Description:

 

·         Experienced in Remedy AR System, ITSM 7.x modules (Incident, Change, Problem, Asset, SLM), SRMS and Atrium CMDB.

·         Extensive knowledge about Remedy ITSM Configuration and usage

·         Requires Remedy development knowledge. Ability to work on workflow objects (AL, Filters, and Escalations etc.)

·         Remedy Mid-Tier Configuration/ administration

·         Integration  with BMC and 3^rd party tools

·         Preferably ITIL V3 certified.

·         Knowledge of Web Services.

·         CMDB experience.

 

2)

 

Position: Oracle HRMS BSA (Business System Analyst)

Location:  San Jose, CA

Duration: 03 Months - 06 Months

 Description:

·Should be strong in Oracle Apps HR process (Hire to Retire)

·Should have interacted with business regularly and very good in creating  Business Requirement (BRD), Functional Design (FSD) & AIM methodology
