Requirement :QA Tester ( Local Highly Preferred)

Title: QA Tester
Location: Chicago,IL.
Duration: 6 + Months.
Rate: $50/hr.


Local Highly Preferred.

Job Description:
  • These consultants will be working within a group, where we have several consultants
  • Experience with the Health and Welfare domain would be a plus, but not required – ie, BCBS, Mercer, Coventry
  • They will be testing new client facing aps and also call center aps utilized by the insurance agents
  • GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH QUALITY CENTER IS REQUIRED – ALL TEST CASES, DEFECT TRACKING, ETC WILL BE IN QUALITY CENTER
  • Candidates MUST have 2-3 years of experience writing test plans, test cases and the supporting test scripts from the technical requirements.
  • As these are new applications, there are NO existing test cases, so the large part of the project will be focused on their analysis skills and ability to write good test plans and test cases.
Technical requirements:
  • The testing will be functional, end-to-end and integration.
  • They will be testing web-ap front ends, and also print output
  • SQL Server/ Script experience is a strong plus (ie, writing small queries), as they may be asked to  diagnose SQL issues associated with Oracle Server
  • Experience with Oracle database
