Client need a Sharepoint Developer and also a Sharepoint Information Architect for in Burbank, CA.

The primary role of the candidate will be: Provide lifecycle management of Enterprise SharePoint, intranet and internet sites. The position involves ownership of the web development process from inception through support

 

Responsibilities:

·                     Implement content and functionality requests for internal portal web development focused on the SharePoint 2010 Platform.

·                     Perform migration tasks from SharePoint 2007 environment to SharePoint 2010.

·                     Maintain InfoPath forms

·                     Produce prototypes for testing

·                     Maintain existing intranet sites

·                     Design the user experience and create the user interface designs based on functional requirements

·                     Provide user support for content management systems

·                     Provide integration of web assets, audio, video and other materials as required to complete and maintain web presences

·                     Help define strategy for integration of existing sites: Both interfacing and consolidating as appropriate

 

Specific Deliverables:

Content management and portal development tools and components (web parts, ASP.NET pages, C# and VB.net code modules, wire frames, code prototypes, SharePoint Forms, SharePoint Workflows)

·                     Functional Design Specification documents

·                     Technical Design Specification documents

·                     Use Cases

·                     Test Scripts

·                     Weekly Status Reports

 

Requirements:

·                     Undergraduate degree desired

·                     Minimum of 5 years experience working in an IT or associated technical role, with specific professional experience in web site design and development and Microsoft SharePoint

·                     Entertainment industry experience is desirable with a focus on Enterprise applications, specifically SharePoint

·                     Working in a multi-labor work environment that includes internal and out-sourced resources is a plus

·                     Understanding of the strategies of specific industries or segments in which Enterprise applications exist.

·                     Thorough understanding of the development life cycle

·                     Experience with SharePoint 2003 or 2007, and 2010 implementations is preferred

·                     Programming SharePoint Designer and Windows SharePoint Services

·                     Programming MOSS 2007/ SP 2010 Development

·                     SharePoint Designer Forms and workflows

·                      Nintex or Microsoft InfoPath

·                     SharePoint 2007/2010 installation and configuration experience

·                     Proven experience with knowledge of collaboration administration, security permissions, publishing sites, site collections, web parts, document libraries, and lists.

·                      Programming: AJAX, ASP.NET, C#, VB.net, DHTML/DOM/Javascript, HTML (CSS), and SQL RDBMS

·                     Video/audio integration various audio and video formats

 

DESIRABLE:

·                     Minimum of 5 years experience working with SharePoint development

·         Expertise in designing and implementing web-based Document and Content Management solutions using Microsoft SharePoint technologies or similar content management suites.

·         Production systems integration and process automation.

·         Design and implement application solutions both from the hardware and software perspectives.

·         Leveraging existing virtualization technologies for development, testing and production environments.

·         Developing user personas and scenarios to clarify results of user research and focus the team's design efforts on the needs of key users

·         Collaboratively developing prototypes for demonstration of concepts to clients (i.e. clickable wireframes)

·         Developing and documenting detailed user experience specifications for highly interactive user interfaces

·         Deep domain expertise of the Microsoft technical stack, including client, server, and cloud technologies

·         Experience as IA for SharePoint 2003, 2007 or 2010

·         Demonstrate ability to execute on IA for complex transactional interfaces, taxonomies and metadata frameworks, and templates for content management systems

·         Fundamental understanding of how dynamic data both from external sources and managed content can be used in an innovative fashion throughout an interactive experience.

·         In-depth knowledge of User-Centered Design (UCD) process and help improve work practices

·         Experience working closely with users to ensure the project meets business needs

·         Experience presenting ideas to the UX team and other constituencies

·         Experience developing and documenting detailed interaction models

·         Experience leading and managing research, planning, analysis and execution of usability / user-acceptance testing

 

DESIRABLE:
