Role:  Marketing & Recruitment Manager (H1b Sales & Recruitment)

Employment type: Fulltime

 

JD:

Ability to sell in a consultative manner to identify and address client issues.
Managing all aspects of the sales lifecycle from account penetration, pursuit strategy, and contracting.

Ideal candidate will have good experience in marketing bench consultants and doing recruitment work.
Proven record of clearing bench consultants in various technologies.
Experienced in H1B sales, handling direct clients and Tier-1 vendors
Interviews and recommends placement of candidates for experienced technical positions from both internal and external sources.

Identifying, contacting and developing viable prospects in order to create new business relationships and continuously capture new accounts.

Conduct full life cycle of recruiting including cold calling to closing.

Partnering with client to obtain qualified job requisitions and submitting qualified candidates that meet or exceed Client*s needs.

Work with candidates during the hiring process including salary negotiation, benefits, career options and relate those features to the benefits of our own company.

 

o   A positive, high energy, attitude with a strong focus on responsiveness and customer service.

o   Prior experience in a technology oriented company.

o   The ability to multi task with excellent attention to detail, in a fast paced environment

o   Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.

o   Must be capable of balancing general prospecting requirements, fulfilling customer needs and meeting company
expectations and goals.

o   Excellent verbal and written communication skills required

o   Bachelor*s degree preferred
