My client is looking for a VB.NET/ T-SQL Developer - Houston, TX(Local Only). This is a Long Term contract position. The Hourly rate is DOE.  If this is your area of expertise, please review the job outline and let me know if you share an interest in this role.  

 

This is a T-SQL Database Programmer with VB.NET.

  

A majority of the system's business rules and processes are developed using database stored procedures, queries, views, triggers, etc.  Approximately 60+ % of the programming for this position will be T-SQL.  The remainder will involve developing the user interface using VB.NET.

 

Skills and Experience

·         4+ years SQL Server and T-SQL programming experience

·         2+ years VB.NET programming experience

·         Demonstrated experience with SQL Server database design concepts

·         Preferred (but not required) experience Crystal Reports

·         Preferred experience with systems that support contracts management, billing, and/or accounting

·         Preferred experience with the midstream/pipeline industry
