Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in business/systems analysis and design as well as experience with formal project management methodologies. This person will have demonstrated consistent success on a wide range of projects, varying in size and complexity. They should be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and must be able to work independently. Excellent communication skills are a must.
We need a top notch individual who can come in and get fully engaged quickly….. and minimize the substantial learning curve he/she will face.
A background and understanding of Warranty Systems in the Automotive Industry is a plus.
This person needs to have a technical background and should have an experience with the following:
Data Warehouse
Cognos
Web based GUI design
DB2
Oracle

Responsibilities
Work closely with the business to understand their business, processes, and requirements
Following ITPM methodology…. Develop Business/Functional System Requirements within Business and System Proposal documents. The requirements gathered will be based on detailed discussions with our business partners as well as other technical resources.
Work closely with the Technical/Build Team during the development of the System Design, Construction, Testing, and Implementation of the final solution.
Ensure that all proposals are in line with the strategic direction of the company
Support Project Manager with Project Estimates, Milestone/Project Plans, Resource Allocations, etc…
Regular status meetings and reporting
