Begin date             : Immediate

Requirements       :  

·         Candidate must have hand's on and in-depth implementation experience on Oracle Incentive Compensation (OIC) module

·         Should have worked on multiple implementations of Oracle Incentive Compensation (OIC) module

·         Should have worked on end-to-end Oracle EBS Implementations involving either HR, Financials or SCM modules

·         Good understanding on how OIC module operates, the key functionality and its tight integration with other leading HRMS products like PeopleSoft or Oracle

·         Sound understanding of setting up incentive compensation plans, rules and ability to configure/setup

·         Ability to understand client’s business requirements against additional business units/operating units setup and either extend existing configuration or configure new compensation plans/codes

·         Sound understanding on OIC dependent batch processes and all the input/out programs that act as key inputs for the calculation of incentive compensation for associates who are hourly staff

·         Looking at Consultant with 8 – 10 yrs of overall work experience
