Position3: OM Business Analyst
Location: SanJose,CA
Job description
Assist the Order to Invoice process segment to assess scope and develop requirements, working cross-functionally, for a business entity expansion within our global ERP footprint. This includes a combination of front-end Order capture solutions, along with multiple integrations to a proposed Oracle 11i and R12 Order Management / Accounts Receivable platform.
Own one or more Business Requirements Documents, act as a spokesperson for the Order to invoice process segment and interact with other segments and IT to determine appropriate solutions to business problems. Ensure business functionality, requirements, and deliverables are met through a full Project Life Cycle, including relevant milestones (Business Commit, Concept Commit and Execute Commit) through go-live, support and normalization.
Required skills
· 6-8 years experience in of related experience. Experience in project management and operations preferred. Advanced degree strongly preferred.
· 5+ years total experience minimum
· 3+ years demonstrated process analysis experience required; Six Sigma Greenbelt or Black-belt preferred; experience creating process decomposition and flows, value analysis, process streamlining, DMAIC, root cause analysis, process measurement and control, and SIPOC analysis required
· Oracle experience is required.
· Excellent communication skills - presentation as well as personal, soft skills preferred
· Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint
Preferred skills:
· Experience with Oracle 11i and/or R12 - iStore, Order Management, Accounts Receivables, Install Base and Service Agreement modules
· Experience in B2B integration projects and standards (XML, EDI…)
· Understanding and experience implementing different software business models, offer structure (bundles, standalone), pricing / revenue models (monthly subscription, user based license fees, perpetual license, maintenance), licensing and subscriptions/ contracts, upgrades, and 3^rd party software
· Experience with quoting and ordering systems and the overall E2E quote-to-cash processes
