Location: Remote (This resource can work remote, with a 2 weeks travel to Europe in every 3 months.)

Description:
Functional SAP CRM Service Management experience
Strong hands on background in SAP Sales & Distribution module (from 4.6 to ECC 6.0) and CRM 7.0
Minimum of 4-6 years of pure CRM experience (excluding ECC)
Strong hands on background in SAP Service
Should know Repairs and Field Service process well. Strong knowledge of
Sales orders and Returns.
Minimum of 4-6 years of pure CRM experience (excluding ECC)
3-4 CRM projects, 1-2 full cycles is a plus
JAVA programming is a plus
CRM 7.0 experience is preferred
CRM Middleware experience a plus
