•        Enterprise Java, JEE5 / EJB3 (Must Have)

•        Agile development methods (SCRUM) (Must Have)

•        Strong understanding of Open Source components (Must Have)

o        Linux ("Near Must Have / Nice-to-Have")

o        Jboss (messaging, MQ, AS and EAP) - ("Near Must Have / Nice-to-Have")

o        Spring (Must Have)

o        Spring MVC - ("Near Must Have / Nice-to-Have")

o        Hibernate ("Near Must Have / Nice-to-Have")

o        Struts / Struts2 (Nice-to-Have")

o        Eclipse (Must Have)

o        Maven (Must Have) – java tool used in manufacturing, may be implied on resumes if they come from manufacturing backgrounds
