Location: Framingham, MA

 

Duration:  4+ months contract

We would prefer someone junior level (2-5 years), but we would also consider candidates with more experience (6+). 

I have provided an overview of the position and the necessary skills: 


Kronos Programmer Analyst - Provide level two production support of Kronos Time and Attendance application. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Kronos application. Additional responsibilities will include configuration changes, minor updates to Kronos interfaces, and updates to documentation.  Must have very strong written and verbal communication skills.

Skill Required

-        Kronos Workforce Central (6.1 preferred)

-        Configuration experience with Kronos Pay Rules, Accrual rules, Genies, Hyperfinds

-        Experience building WIM Interfaces (People Import, Accrual Import, Payroll Export)

-        SQL Server - Familiar with SQL Query tools

-        Experience installing Kronos application and service packs

Additional Skills Desired

-        WDM - Experience with configuring Kronos Time Clocks

-        Record Manager/Setup Data Manager

-        Database Archiving

-        Kronos Attendance module

-        Crystal Reports

-        SSRS/RDL Reporting
