SAP Data Migration Lead

Location: Panama City

 

 

Primary Skills:

• Overall SAP experience 5-7 years with at least 2 end to end implementations as Data Lead.
• 2 yrs Project Management Experience
• Language: English and Spanish.

 

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Work with the Global data Lead and the local client's data team for the data migration activities of the SAP implementation.
• Project Management experience with large remote teams.
• Drive the end to end data migration process through the client organization, track dependencies on client/third party and escalate issues on time.
• Ensure alignment to the global data standards and processes.
• Primary leadership of the data conversion processes for the SAP implementation.
• Subject matter expert on SAP data migration load tools and processes to handle very high data volume.
• Knowledge of CRANSOFT BOA desirable.
• Should have an overall knowledge of processes across different SAP modules, especially regarding master data objects and transactional data objects
• Define templates for data migration for various objects identified for data migration
• Should have understanding of impact of parameters in master data in various process across modules
• Data Audits and reporting after conversions/migrations.
• Coordinate with customer and data migration team onsite and offshore
• Manage communication of status and escalate issues / risks to PMO on time
