• 5 years+ Technical Infrastructure Project/Delivery Management experience
• 3 years+ Desktop Deployment Project/Delivery Management experience; 5,000+ workstations deployment experience
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Ability manage project team and customer resources within a tight delivery schedule
• Outgoing and confident management style with ability to lead within an aggressive customer corporate culture

• Technical Project Manager role for Windows 7 Desktop Deployment Phase 2 Project (Design/Build/Test); Role requires Desktop Deployment delivery expertise
• Reports to MS Program PMO
• Project Status Tracking/Reporting
• Issue/Risk Management
• Manage Project Costs to SOW
• Milestone Tracking
• Schedule Coordination with customer and project teams
• Attend Program leadership meetings with Ross leads and steering committee
• Schedule and facilitate technical design sessions with project and customer teams including:
• Application Rationalization
• Win7 Image Development and Management
• Desktop Design and Deployment Testing
• Office 2010 Design & Document Conversion
• Citrix Application Virtualization

• 5-7 years of experience in infrastructure operations
• 3+ year experience working with remote, offshore teams
• 3+ years of experience operating Microsoft technologies (Windows Server 2003 / 2008, MS Exchange 2003, SQL Server, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, WINS)
• 3+ years of experience with Virtualization Technologies (VMWare ESX)
• Prior team lead and systems design work experience is required.
• Experience in a heterogeneous 500+ server environment is required.
• Experience with working in regulated environments (PCI, SEC, HIPA)
