Dell is seeking a Marketing Automation Administrator. The ideal candidate is results-driven and skilled in understanding and collecting business needs, and aligning end user expectations with the System capabilities to obtain the desired outcome.
Other MA tools would be Manticore, Marketo, Aprimo is helpful. We need someone who will be able to take the business user needs and translate them into an actual program in the Marketing Automation (MA) tool. We need someone who has the actual hands on experience building a program in Eloqua or Aprimo.
In this role, the selected candidate will have the ability to
• analyze and document:
• Current and future business processes
• Detailed functional requirements and business rules
• Data requirements from a business needs perspective
• Maintain a current, in-depth knowledge of the functions and features of our marketing automation application through conference and user group attendance • Support other Marketing Systems as necessary • Be an energetic self-starter with strong project management skills • Be deadline driven • Work with developer resources to implement new functionality and drive user acceptance testing
REQUIREMENTS:
- CANDIDATE MUST HAVE ELOQUA EXPERIENE -
• 3-5 years directly administering a marketing automation tool; Eloqua preferred; equivalent system experience considered
• Be able to demonstrate experience building and testing an automated program in a Marketing Automation Tool.
Knowledge of relational databases; SQL preferred
• Experience with CRM Systems – SFDC preferred
• Strong skills in the Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to multitask and to handle urgent interrupts with poise and professionalism
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Bachelor's Degree
