Job Title: Test Lead

Work Location: Bloomington, IL

 

Relevant Experience (Yrs):  6-8 Years of IT

Technical/Functional Skills     

·         Experience in various aspects of Testing Viz Test Management, Test Schedule Planning, Test Case preparation, Test Execution, Quality Assurance, Defect Management, System Integration Testing, UAT Coordination, Regression Testing, Test Automation

·         Strong Knowledge & experience in preparation & execution of Test plan & Test cases, Test Case review, Test Scenarios/Condition preparation, Test Data preparation

·         Strong working experience in Testing Management tools  like Mercury Quality center

·         Good Knowledge in developing automated processes , frameworks and automated test scripts using special tools like Win Runner and Quick Test Professional

·         Experience in Managing the test environment, track test execution progress and track defects through special tools like Test Director, Dimensions and Caliber

·         Good experience in Defect tracking tools (Remedy, Clear quest etc.), Issue management, Change management and Quality management

·         P&C Insurance domain knowledge

 

Roles & Responsibilities        

·         Put together an overall test strategy (which includes identifying all types of testing needed for project)

·         Manage Defects

·         Testing estimation  & planning

·         Onsite / Offshore Coordination

 

General Managerial Skills     Excellent Communication

·         Good analytical ability

·         Ability to work in multi cultural team

·         Good Inter personal skills

 

Education: Bachelor Degree / Masters
