QA Analyst

Oakbrook, IL

3-6 months

Rate- $35/hr

QA Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to;

·         Participate in gathering and review of Requirements

·         Review design specifications

·         Create of Test Artifacts (test scripts and cases)

·         Execute Test Plans

·         Troubleshoot and do initial investigation of issues encountered

·         Software installation and environment set up

·         Knowledge sharing

 

Experience:
Minimum requirements for position:

·         Good organizational skills

·         Excellent Verbal & Communication Skills/Good listener

·         BS in a Computer Science curriculum or equivalent degree

·         Testing experience – both Hardware and Software

·         Test system/environment set-up experience

·         Demonstrable knowledge of SDLC

·         Demonstrable knowledge of industry testing practices

Preferred Skill and Experience:

·         Experience with retail Point Of Sale systems

·         Experience with Automated testing tools and methodology

·         Experience with process methodology
