Single point of contact for all inter-project coordination activities Ensuring on-time delivery for all applications Monitoring and reviewing the progress of activities Ensuring the quality of project deliverables Providing regular status reports to the Client management Ensuring optimum resource utilization across projects Reviewing project progress and key issues in weekly meetings or conference calls Work with client teams to monitor the status of the overall engagement Work closely with Conversion / Migration team and resolve any application data issues
