IT Business Analyst
ARAMARK Refreshment Services is currently seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst with data integration experience to gather and document business requirements, translate business requirements into system requirements, and assist in testing deliverables. This position will be based in the ARAMARK headquarters in Philadelphia, PA, and will be working under the direction of the Manager of IT.
The position will work closely with stakeholders across functional areas such as Operations, IT, Finance, Sales, HR, and Marketing. The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in all aspects of software development lifecycle management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS or other technical-related discipline
- 2+ years of experience working with as a Business Analyst.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbally) with both technical and non-technical parties.
- Ability to learn quickly and operate in a fast paced environment
Technical Skills
- 2+ years experience with SQL Server or Oracle database development (database design, stored procedures, triggers)
- 1+ years Data-Warehousing and Data Marts
- 1+ years ETL processes (SSIS or similar)
Additional Skills to be considered as a successful candidate in this role:
- Reporting Tools (Microsoft Reporting Services, Cognos)
- Application development using .NET Framework (C# or VB.NET) or Java (J2EE)
- Multidimensional OLAP reporting (SSAS or similar)
On the B/A position - they are looking for a senior B/A that has done data mappings, as well as merger projects. They also said they need to have strong use case experience
