Mandatory skills

1. Minimum of eight (8) years IT experience with data analysis, data
access, data structures, data manipulation, data migration, data
reporting solutions and technical and user documentation.
2. Candidate must have minimum two (2) years hands on experience in
SQL Server Reporting Services using Microsoft Visual Studio.
3. Minimum of three (3) years hands on experience with writing and
tuning complex PL/SQL.
4. At least one (1) year hands-on experience of Crystal Reports
development version 8 or later.
5. Experience with desktop tools such as MS, Excel, Word, Access, MS
Project, and Visio

ASSOCIATED SKILL SETS
Candidates must also have two (2) of the preferred skilled sets listed
below. Accordingly, candidates not meeting the supporting experiential
specifications below will not be considered for the position.
1. Full understanding of all phases of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
2. Criminal Justice Business Knowledge
3. Candidate must be able to write reports in SQL Server Reporting
Services using Microsoft Visual Studio from a report specification.
4. Candidate must be able to extract Report Requirements from reports
built in Crystal or PL/SQL or Oracle Stored Procedures and capture the
requirements in a Report Specification.
5. Candidate must be capable of understanding detailed requirements.
6. Minimum of one (1) year of hands on experience working with Oracle
version 9i or later.
7. Candidate must possess excellent communication and presentation
skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to produce
clear and well organized documents.
