SAP Functional Benefits Consultant
This person will need to know how to setup and configure benefits plans on SAP HCM ECC 6.0. ehp4 They will need to know both the core (back end) benefits configuration and Employee Self Service (this is required)for Open Enrollment as well as a strong understanding of the business and Open Enrollment processes. This person will have to be seasoned because they will be working directly with project leadership, benefit managers and Benefits teams to gather the business requirements and configure the system in addition to leading, sharing knowledge and training Commonwealth staff to assume this role.
REQUIREMENTS
- A proven professional, with at least 3 full lifecycle SAP R/3 implementations
- 5+ years to include some Public Sector experience
- Excellent communications, leadership qualities, and training skills are a must.
- Knowledge of ehp5 functionality is a plus.
- Working knowledge of the FSCD module is a plus
Senior SAP ABAP Development Consultant Lead
This role will require someone who can work with project leadership, functional, Basis, security, and Service Center teams to gather and provide all necessary ABAP assistance for the respective SAP environments. This person will have to be seasoned because they will be working directly with project leadership and business owners in addition to leading the development team and ensuring system integrity as well as sharing knowledge and training to Commonwealth staff to assume this role.
REQUIREMENTS
- A proven professional, with at least 3 full lifecycle SAP R/3 implementation.
- 8+ years experience of large-scale SAP ABAP development experience to include some Public Sector experience
- Candidate experience must be with SAP HCM modules (OM, PA, TM, PY, ESS/MSS, BN, BNA, FSCD and FICO). Candidates with only SAP Financial Management experience WILL NOT BE considered
- Expertise in Payroll and Time Management modules IS A MUST
- Adept at designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients
- Experience with SAP ERP ECC 6.0 ehp4 upwards.
- Knowledge of ehp5 functionality is a plus.
- Excellent communications, leadership qualities, and training skills are a must.
- A proven resource in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
