Job Description:

The person involved in this role will be responsible for the day to day systems administration of the Solaris environment.  The person will be responsible for multiple Sun Systems on Veritas clusters.  There will also be EMC Replication Manager responsibilities.

Required Skills:

-Solaris 10 Unix Systems Administration

-Solaris 10 Jumpstart

-Solaris 10 Live Upgrade

-Solaris Zones and Container (Management/Configuration)

-E25K System Knowledge (Domain management/configuration, Service Controller commands)

-Symantec/Veritas Cluster Server Administration

-Symantec/Veritas Cluster File System management

-Red Hat Linux 5 System Administration

-Logical Volume Manager experience

-Solaris 10 X86 Systems Administration

-Experience in server hardening for web facing servers (Redhat/Solaris)
