Roles & Responsibilities:
* Requirements gathering, Creating Business Requirement Documents.
* Data Analysis, Data Mapping
* Help in mapping business terms to Basel II standards and define their traceability.
* Drive discussions, be a leader and establish a good impression with client
* Assisting the team to make reports and presentations.
Required skills and experience:
* Should have 8+ yrs Business Analysis experience. Experience creating Business Requirement Documents.
* 4+ years Basel II and / or Oracle Reveleus experience is a must
* Work with SME's to analyze client data and business terms. Analysis of data from a data quality and integrity perspective.
* Experience creating 'Data Mapping' from source system to target system to drive ETL work
* The person needs to be senior, drive discussions, be a leader and establish a good impression with client
* Assisting the team to make reports and presentations.
