1. Senior Architect with a minimum experience of 12+ years, to lead initiatives for a large retail banking website.
2. Should be well conversant with areas of web centric technologies listed below (but not limited to) -
a. Web Architecture based on J2EE/CMS/Middleware Services/REST.
b. Web Analytics, Multi-variate testing
c. Content Management
d. Web Services
e. Mobile enablement
3. The candidate should possess the following primary skills -
a. TeamSite Server 7.x, Site Publisher
b. Java/J2EE (Workflows)
c. AJAX/REST/Jquery/JSON/XML
d. RDBMS
4. Should have an understanding of Banking domain
5. Should be well versed (and preferably certified) with architecture frameworks like TOGAF or Zachman's framework.
6. Should have exposure of formal product evaluation (using methodologies like Balanced score cards and non-linear exponential techniques)
7. Candidate should be extremely good at providing technology blue prints, roadmaps and innovative solution.
8. Candidate should be experienced with offshore and near shore delivery models and should be able to work with agile methodology.
9. Should possess professional maturity to manage key customer stake-holders, manage perception and build rapport.
10. Candidate should be able provide technical leadership for primary team of 15+ members.
11. Candidate should be able to coordinate with multiple teams both internal as well as external, located onsite and offshore.
12. Candidate should possess good problem solving and trouble shooting skills.
13. Candidate should be flexible to attend daily coordination calls in the morning and late evening.
14. Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills is a must.
