Position : Sr. Flex / Java Developer

Location: Dallas, TX

Duration: 6+ months contract

Looking for an Adobe Flex expert with particular emphasis on UI design as well as look-and-feel aspects. The right candidate is expected to have 3-4 years of solid experience developing RIA applications using Flex, including remoting technologies such as Blaze DS. Experience developing charting and graphing components is a plus. Some experience in Java/J2EE technologies (JSP/Servlets, EJB, JDBC, Spring, Web Services etc) is required as the application will integrate with J2EE backend. Object oriented design and modeling experience is highly desired. In addition to product development, the candidate is also expected to coach team members in Flex technology when required 

Must be able to work independently as well as within a team environment. Airline industry experience is a plus. Good written and oral communication skills. Applicants must have a degree in computer science and/or engineering.

  • Web technologies - HTML, Javascript, CSS
