·         This position requires the ability to lead the design, architecture, development and going support for the SalesForce.com CRM solution.

·         The candidate must have hands on experience with SalesForce.com.

·         Ability to mentor technical team members on the process and deliver excellent presentation, technical design, and architecture documentation.

·         Work with business representatives, business analysts to quickly understand requirements.

·         Evaluate, select, implement, and integrate technology tools into a client solution.

 

KEY SKILLS

· Salesforce.com Architecture and Design

· Salesforce.com Development

· Salesforce.com Administration

· Salesforce.com Operational Support

· Force.com developer toolkit - Apex, Visualforce, Force.com IDE, Force.com Migration Tool, and Web Services & Metadata APIs

· Data migration and ETL tools such as Informatica

· Experience with enterprise integration to Salesforce.com such as ERP, Order Fulfillment systems.

· Strong web development skills in HTML/XML and JavaScript

· Significant experience with salesforce.com mobile (iOS) client a plus.

· Customer Service and Call Center experience is a plus.

 

 

The Candidate must be hands-on and have proven experience to:

a) Assist with the design, architecture, development and support of global Salesforce.com solution from beginning to end.

b) Mentor technical team members on the team.

c) Deliver technical design and architecture documentation.

d) Work under tight timeline and ability to multi-task.

e) Participate and lead technical discussions.

f) Work with business representatives, business analysts to quickly understand requirements.

g) Evaluate, select, implement, and integrate technology tools into a client solution.
