Oracle Apps Developer (G.C, EAD, Citizen, OPT's)

Hi,

Title: Oracle Apps Developer (G.C, EAD, Citizen, OPT's)

Location: Chicago IL

Duration: 6 Months

Rate: DOE

Responsibilities:

 

Candidates MUST have strong forms and reports and HAVE provided maintenance and support on a previous project!

Environment:
• Oracle Shop
• Oracle Database = 10g
• Oracle Applications / E-Business Suite = R12 (recently migrated from 11i)
• MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE: Oracle Forms & reports = 6i (currently in opening stages of a migrations from 6i to 10g)
• Use MQ and Web Sphere for middleware and messaging (not required, but a plus)
• OBIEE (plus)
• BI Admin Tools for modeling (not required)

Must Have Skills:
• PL/SQL
• Oracle DB 10g or better
• Oracle Forms and Reports (version doesn’t matter, but 10g is a plus)
• ETL experience
• Good attitude
• Quick learner

Nice to Haves / Plusses:
• OBIEE
• Oracle EBS (any version)
• Data modeling skills (not too important, but understanding will help)
• Any exposure or experience to Java or Java based systems will be helpful, but are not required (newer versions of some tools are Java based)

Project: (all these tasks are flexible depending on the candidates skills and the candidate will be utilized accordingly)
Small Projects:

Will be responsible for: (essentially they will be a 1 man show on the small projects)
Requirements gathering
Documentation
Analysis
Design/architecture
Coding
Testing (unit and other)
Large Projects:

Will be responsible for:
90% coding (have an architect for major initiatives)
Unit testing

Future Plans:
1. Upgrading Oracle Forms and Reports from 6i – 10g
2. Adding multiple new modules to EBS
3. Couple years down the road they plan to move to Fusion
