Title: Oracle HRMS 11.5.10/R12 Developer (Technical)
Term: 6-12 months

· Minimum one year experience with multi org and global HRMS implementation
· Prefer Bachelors in computer science
· Five to six years of experience in Oracle HRMS E-Business Suite 11.5.10 or higher (Human Resources, Self-Service, Discoverer and Workflow)
· Knowledge in underlying Oracle Applications database architecture including schemas/products, standard application program interfaces (API), data elements, tables, and views as basis for troubleshooting, data conversion and reporting.
· Experience designing and developing custom interfaces for system integration to third party payroll systems and benefit providers.
· Knowledge of reporting tools such as Oracle Discoverer and Oracle BI Publisher
· Minimum six years experience with PL/SQL programming and JAVA.
· Knowledge and experience with Oracle Self-Service Modules, OAF and Workflow Customizations.
Responsibilities:
· Excellent understanding of application development lifecycle phases including design, development, testing, production
· Interface with HRMS Development Manager and on a regular basis to field and resolve system issues and to gather business requirements for system enhancements/fixes
· Completes specified software development tasks (design, coding, and testing) to meet specifications
· Develops database triggers, stored procedures, function, and packages using Oracle PL/SQL.
· Log and resolve all bugs, patches, requests and inquires via SR (Service Request) through Oracle Metalink during implementation.
· Writes documentation to describe application functionality and/or technical design
· Delivers timely and quality services that meet or exceed team managers and client expectations
· Participate in regularly scheduled meetings with internal business partners to provide work status and to plan future work
· Ability to work effectively under deadline situations
The ideal candidate should have at 3-5 years experience with Oracle data model/development, standard APIs, proficient with tools/technique used to for Oracle Application (11i / R12) development the following modules:
