Job Description:

• This is an advanced-level job posting. Requires proven skills in Windows Administration and Java Scripting. Prefer candidates with ITIL tool experience.
• Requires a candidate with experience in all aspects of SDLC from requirements, design, testing, and support.
• Responsible for the design and development of ITIL tool. Develops design and functional specifications, produces deliverables related to the project(s) assigned and assists in post implementation support and system enhancements.
• Responsible for gathering, compiling and synthesizing information with regard to technology processes or systems. Includes documenting requirements, design, and producing and executing positive and negative test scripts.
• Responsible for Java Scripting and Configuration of tool.
