When I started in APS Healthcare in 2006 I was working on Single Client application and in 2008 I was Leading the Migration project that involves Testing of 3 Individual Client applications migrating to a one Multi client application (Multi-tier) which is configured with Multiple Health Service Modules /Packages (Utilization Management, Disease Management and Care Management) and various components of it (Eligibility, Coverage, Claims, Medication, Diagnosis, procedures, Providers)for Medicare and Medicaid Members. I have  also involved in testing 3rd party services that client support for Mailings through SSI Packages and Televox through Biztalk. When time permits I have individually worked on smaller projects that involve testing of EOB through Facets (Trizito 4.31) and testing stored procedures used for Report generation via Business Objects. I have succeeds achieved in Streamlining the Quality Assurance Process by implementing Scrum (Agile) Methodology combined with the usage of the Automation tools like Mercury Suite. Currently exploring for Challenging opportunities that utilize my experience to the best.
