1. Hands on Scripting(Pearl), Automation (QTP)
2. Hands on Proliant and Blade systems testing and configuration
3. Hands on on iLo2/3 and preferably iLo4
4. Test specification and test plan creation
5. Understanding of Power domain eg: PDU, UPS testing is added
6. Oses: Windows, Linux
