Essential Skills and Experience

* Experience developing with ColdFusion

* Strong knowledge and use of object-oriented methodologies and frameworks.

* Documentation of web site designs, installations and technical administrative procedures.

* Disciplined at software development lifecycle methodologies

* Adjust to constantly evolving requirements and assigned tasks

* Ability to maintain professional business relationships and effectively lead, triage, prioritize and resolve issues that arise in unpredicted situations

* 5+ years of experience with .Net, C#, ASP.net, and web services experience

* 5+ years of experience with HTML/CSS, Web forms and XML

* 5+ years of experience with IIS

* 5+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL server

* 4+ years of experience with large scale ecommerce

* Ability to work at *Web Speed"

Desired Skills and Experience

* SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)

* SEO implementation and tuning

* Agile, SCRUM
