Relevant Experience (Yrs) :8+ Years (minimum)
Technical/ Managerial Skills :
•Should have proficiency in Siebel 8
•Should have very good understanding of Siebel Architecture
•Techno Managerial experience of minimum 5 years in Siebel Projects
•Minimum 3 years of Production Support Management experience
•Able to manage Siebel Production Support with multiple projects
•Able to manage multi location Tier 2 and Tier 3 Support team
•Very Good communication and negotiation skills
Preferred Experience
•Siebel Techno Managerial
•Production Support Management
•Exposure to Airline domain.
Roles & Responsibilities
•Accountable for SLA Management
•Ensure the overall stability, performance, and quality of the Siebel
•Lead Production application issue resolution and system enhancement development efforts from requirement gathering and analysis through implementation
•Prioritize, schedule, assign, and manage the workload of the Siebel support and development staff
•Provide functional and technical support and guidance to the Siebel
•Liaise with the Help Desk Manager, Technical Leads, Project Manager, 3rd party vendors and business owners
•Maintain and ensure compliance to Standard Operating Procedure
•Metrics Reporting
•Maintain and communicate status to management
