Position: Business Analyst

 

1.       The business unit is focused on Employee Benefits so candidates with knowledge in this area would be great.  Someone who has worked in the overall area would be great but the areas covered include:  medical, dental, life, disability and FMLA to name a few.

2.        They are working on a big online services focus so anything that the EXTERNAL clients see online.  This person will be working with a lot of non-technical business users and need to guide them with how they can and cannot use online services.  They will need to figure out how to use the existing platform to put various services online.

3.       They are currently building a new Admin system which this person will need to learn- also focused on online services

4.       All development is in .Net at this point so candidates with exposure to .net projects will be preferred

5.       Candidate will be representing the team to all business units- need to have excellent communication and presentation skills.
