Each process will clearly show initiation of Start of Work, hand-offs between working State Farm organizations, State Farm systems, Knowledge Item procedures needed to complete work, and End of Work steps. Each process will clearly state and show linkage to additional work flows and processes, as needed, to ensure business and work flow continuity between State Farm organizations to ensure work flows are understood and identified. Each process created will be documented and given a State Farm Document ID to be inventoried and referenced within processes and other Intellectual Property management systems.
