Position: OAB HRMS - Senior Principal Consultant
Location: Boston, MA
Duration: 5 months


 

This position is for an expert in Oracle Advanced Benefits with extensive international implementation experience.

 

POSITION'S MISSION

The HCM Consultant position's mission is to lead Oracle HRMS evaluation, implementation, customization, maintenance, upgrade, and development for the Company's clients. This position will be responsible for project leadership, client relationship management, business development, creating successful reference sites and winning more projects. This position has a heavy influence on the image of the Company.

 

MAIN TASKS / ACTIVITIES

·         Create high level solution designs for clients, based on review of general business processes. Write proposals.

·         Lead hands-on implementation, upgrade and customization efforts during projects. (Take responsibility for gap analysis, set-up of modules, design of interfaces and customizations, and end-user training)

·         Guide and mentor Staff, Senior and Principal Consultants.

·         Make recommendations on incorporating best business practices into the system or to effect change management.

·         Perform internal interviews for recruiting.

·         Participate in Business Development meetings and create reference sites.

·         Multi-cultural context which requires a pro active attitude towards diversity and the ability to leverage the richness of multi-cultural backgrounds.

 

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS

·         Graduates of a 4-year Bachelor's degree or higher

·         Excellent communication skills in English required. Other languages are a plus especially Spanish, Portuguese, French, German and Mandarin.

·         Oracle suite: 5+ years of demonstrated expertise in Oracle HRMS systems, and the consulting industry.

·         Thorough understanding of all modules within an Oracle HRMS Suite including Core HR, Self Service HR, Benefits, iRecruitment, Compensation Workbench, Performance Management, and a high level knowledge of how interrelated Oracle Applications in an implementation work together as well as a strong understand of business industry practices.

·         Experience using or supporting Oracle Release 12.

·         GPHR, SPHR,PHR certification or an equivalent is a plus.

·         Microsoft Office suite: Excel - PowerPoint – Word

·         Self Confidence, stamina and stability under pressure
