- .net skills
- c#, xml, multi-threading, web services, object-oriented programming
- ms windows
- solid experience in developing windows application using genesys sdk is required. solid understanding of windows controls.
- genesys
- overall good understanding of genesys tserver tlib and platform sdk api; understanding of genesys tserver event call model; knowledge and comfortable using cme, configuration management environment ui.
- must have development experience using genesys tlib platform sdk for tserver version 7.6 or greater. any experience related developing softphone and screen-pop is helpful.
- must have good understanding of tserver events and commands. good understanding of genesys servers is desirable.
- acd
- experience with avaya acd and phone is required.
- some web development experience is needed
- asp.net, html, ccs, java script, ajax
