o Strong knowledge and experience with the tool
o Experience with custom builders
o Integration experience with Web Services
o Expertise in web interface design, including HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript, DOJO and AJAX
• WebSphere Portal – Administration, Release, Themes & Skins, Security, etc.
