1.       Excellent Client communication.

2.       Ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

3.       Develop business requirement and drive them to closure.

4.       Convert business requirement to functional requirements and use cases.

5.       Sound Technical Knowledge of Web Technologies – Java, J2EE, XML, Web Services

6.       Knowledge of IP Telephony Domain is a plus.
