Job Title : ETL Architect, Integration Lead

Relevant Experience (Yrs) : 8+ Years of Data Integration/ETL

Technical/Functional Skills:
   
-          Must be strong in Data Warehouse concepts, Enterprise Data Management, modeling techniques and ability to create DW/BI solutions, participate

in strategy discussions and defend them with Business customer as well as Project stakeholders
-          Experience in DW, ETL, Data integration for Enterprise Data Warehouse
-          Ability to design data integration/ETL strategy for real-time data replication using Golden Gate
-          Change-Data-Capture using product/tool
-          Exp in reporting solution, tools preferably OBIEE 10g/11g
-          Experience in performance engineering of a complex ETL environment
-          Excellent verbal and written communications skills are a must.

Experience Required
   
-          Must have designed and implemented ETL real-time data integration solutions for large enterprise data warehouses
-          solutions for more than one large MNC, preferably with Golden Gate
-          Must have experience in customer interfacing.

Roles & Responsibilities :
   
-          Experience in  a large enterprise DW projects from a data integration/ETL technology for real-time solution implementation
-          Provide solution design and perform design reviews

Generic Managerial Skills :
   
Good Team member, General Management, project planning, scoping and estimation

Education : Bachelor of Engineering; Masters degree preferred.

Work Location  : Columbus, Indiana
