Business Analyst

Duration: 3-6 Months

Location: Philadelphia, PA

 

The BA will be responsible for:

 

·         Elicit and Document AS-IS and TO-BE business process flows

·         Document Business Rules and Business Process Requirements

·         Document Functional and Non Functional Requirements

·         Work closely with Business, Project Manager, Development, Testing and Vendors for the execution of the project

·         Support Testing and Training

·         Prior experience with any Contact Center Tool implementations
