TIBCO (BW, BE, iProcess etc) administration and Development experience.
b. Experience in Full Fledge SOAP Messagging and Webservices using TIBCO BW Suite
c. Hands on EMS adminstration and Development using Tibco BW Suite
d. Needs to understand/know the various configurations at middle-tier.
e. Must have a Knowledge or Understaning of Tibco Architect and its usage in application
f. Good to have .NET/Java application knowledge .
g.Knowledge of IProcess , Active Matrix will be an advantage
