> Expert Knowledge of the following Web Technologies OO Javascript, HTML5, CSS3, JSON, AJAX, XML 
> Competency in Java is required as well as experience in a MVC framework like Spring 
> Work experience with Firebug / Yslow/ httpwatch for front end performance tuning 
> Be a strong proponent of web front end optimizations through sprites, location of CSS and Javascript on a page, CDN usage, Compression, Minification 
> Experience with an Eclipse-based development tool or another IDE 
> Experience using at least one source code management systems (CVS, Subversion, Perforce, etc.)
