Duration   :   6 + Months

Description

Exp : 8-10 yrs    

8+ yrs of exp in Software development in J2EE/ Datawarehousing project

Prior experience in managing an onsite:offshore team;   

Prior experience in client management   

ell versed with Waterfall methodology  

Strong analytical and organizational skills  

Demonstrated competency planning

and tracking project schedules with clearly-defined critical paths  

Ability to manage mid-level, multifunctional projects across multiple global

locations Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as

presentation abilities  

Demonstrated success communicating across a different target audience 

business people and technologists 

Exceptional negotiation, and facilitation skills  

Proven leadership

abilities and emotional intelligence  

Demonstrated success handling
