Job Description:

 

1.      Around 7-10 years of Overall Experience and at least 3-4 years of
managing Production Support Projects within the Capital Markets Space
(Derivatives, FX and Middle Office would be extremely good to have) in an
Onsite-Offshore model.

 

2. Should have excellent communication skills and have:
a. Experience of doing stakeholder management,
b. Coordination with multiple teams
c. Chairing failure escalation calls and handling doing root cause analysis
and issue resolution and  managing priorities.
d. Reporting of Metrics and Suggesting Improvement plans.

3. Technologies - Hands on experience in Sybase, Unix, SQL. Good to have:
Perl, Python.
