Description:
Assist the eCommerce Customer Insight and Optimization team with implementing and executing processes to gather and analyze data and make recommendations for defect resolution, enhancements and elements of the user experience to "test and learn".
Experience with online performance and analytics technologies, including web analytics, survey tools, multivariate tools and personalization engines is essential.
Role:
Analyze user pathing and additional data to evaluate user behavior, identify issues and suggest improvements, enhancements and possible testing initiatives
Help define suggestions for customer-facing site development based on customer feedback, site analytics data and competitive analysis
Collaborate with the team and vendors throughout the testing, planning, development, QA and release process
Optimize existing site functionality through available research methodologies including but not limited to multivariate and A/B testing, surveys, user research.
Collaborating with the UX team to analyze and improve the user experience
Collaborate with SEO, Content, Marketing and Merchandising Teams on tests and modifications
Collaborate on overarching conversion strategies and programs including goal/Client settings, objectives, segmentation approaches, offer strategies, key messages, and test parameters
Assist with onsite personalization strategies
Become familiar with key assets and differentiators and effectively use them to influence online user behavior
