Enterprise Compensation Management Consultant:

Should have 5-7 years of Experience in SAP HCM Consulting with a minimum of 1 Enterprise Compensation Management End to End implementations covering all phases in ASAP Methodology: blueprint, design, and configuration to go-live and production support the below skills:

 

·    Implementation of Enterprise Compensation Management in ECC 6.0 with EHP 4 or above

·    Integration between OM & PA with other SAP HCM Solution components like ESS & MSS and Enterprise Compensation Management

·    Able to design innovative solution based on SAP Best Practices

·    Expert in Compensation Management business processes life cycle

·    Should be able to define Business processes & requirements and translate them in SAP Solution Landscape

·    Able to design the solution, Configure the system as per the solution design, prepare the Test plans & train the business users

·    Able to design the Authorization matrix for various business user groups

·    Able to work with Key stake holders at different levels

·    Excellent Communication & Presentation skills
