The purpose of this request is to see if there are viable candidates that they could bring in quickly to fast-track their conversion process and do some discovery.
Manager is looking to convert their current build and deploy scripts from a home-grown setup to one that uses the following tools:
· Atlassian's Bamboo build tool
· Subversion source code management
· Puppet for deployment
Puppet is key.
They have used these tools off-and-on in various groups there but nobody is really an expert. They need to get in a contractor with better skills to help jump start this work. They would have to have built more than one setup.
