About the Job
Excellent contract opportunity for a SQL Server Developer for BI Projects. This is a 6+ month contract for an experienced SSIS/ETL developer, performing development DBA tasks and some data architecture. This is an opportunity in Corona, California.
Local candidate preferred.
Main Duties:
Analysis, design and development of ETL processes using SQL Server 2008 - SSIS
Development in SSIS, SSAS, MDX, Stored Procs, SQL
Perform DBA duties to support development tasks, create tables, indexes, performance tuning
Perform data architecture tasks in support of the data architect - Data Model and Data Analysis
Design of BI/DW solutions
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in a SQL Server environment with ETL and Stored Proc development
5+ years of experience in development of BI/Data Warehouse solutions via ETL, SSIS, MDX, etc.
Experience with data modeling, data analysis, data profiling and data mapping
Experience in analysis and design of ETL programs
Excellent communication skills
A motivated team player
