Experience in requirements gathering including downstream and upstream interface requirements.
Experience in documentation of business process flows.
Ability to define and improve business processes.
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple projects with competing interests for time and evolving priorities.
Positive, outgoing and energetic personality.
Ability to adapt easily to change.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (specifically Word and Excel).
Must have experience in finance industry       
Education, Training &/or Certification:
4 Year College Degree
