  Minimum 6 years IT development working on complex, web based applications development
  .NET 1.1/2.0/3/5
  VB 6.0 is a MUST
  MS-SQL2000 and MS-SQL 2005
  OOD (Object Oriented Design)
  XML Web Services with WSE 2.0 implementation
  VB.Net, C# MUSTASP.Net XML / XSLT / XPATHCOM Cryptography
  .NET Remoting
   MCAD or MCSD is a PLUS
  Application Blocks and C# is a PLUS
  Knowledge in CSLA Frame work is a PLUS
